The Centre will take advantage of its privileged location to create a significant urban event for the city. A five metre high volume is the basis of two other higher blocks located in its ends. This basement has a roof garden, a terrace and a skating rink. A great triangular skylight in the centre allows natural light, inside the mall and in the commercial and recreational floor located below ground level.
The highest volume (10 metres above the ground level), whose main façade faces the city, is the greatest formal milestone. This prism wins its important dynamism through the vertical and horizontal displaced edges. The retro-illuminated curtain wall will allow a changing image from the outside and will make of it an important attraction pole.
At the northern end of the building and on the same platform, another foreshortened volume is placed and its singular character is emphasized with its rotated disposal in relation to the direction of the façades that converge at this point.
