Description:

The Development Plan chose to focus the urban policies on new foundations. The objective was to assimilate this area to the existing city while achieving physical and social integration at the same time. The proximity of the area to the existing city offers an excellent opportunity to build an urban expansion. Therefore, a new residential area that provides coverage to the housing demand is proposed. The result is a new neighborhood that has more than 2,400 homes and related facilities.
