The project comprises 140 homes and a shopping plaza on the site formerly occupied by Ayamonte's municipal football field, respecting and rehabilitating an old rationalist building that once served as the entrance to the football field. This existing structure, located in the center of the main road that borders the plot, influences the design of the shopping plaza and the surrounding homes.

Following the new public commercial square gained for the city and surrounding this protected building, a large central common area is planned, with gardens, swimming pools and paddle tennis courts, surrounded by residential buildings.

The typical portal solution comprises a ground floor with arcades for games and common uses, a first floor with 6 dwellings, and a second floor with access to 8 duplex-type dwellings, thus achieving a core of 3 floors and with the ground floor free, connecting 14 dwellings, optimizing the relationship of common spaces and private spaces.
