The proposal for the 70-bed hospital in Mendoza aims to present the Functional Model used for the building's design and organization, guided by the principles of responding to and satisfying the health needs and expectations of the population it will serve. This is achieved through the integration and coordination of the building with the existing healthcare network and the consideration of the appropriate use of healthcare resources.

The project's objectives include:

• Prioritize those innovative organizational, structural or functional aspects, successfully tested in hospitals of excellence, both nationally and internationally, that have been taken into account for the design of the new hospital center.
• Describe the advantages of the proposed design for each of the areas and the principles on which they are based.
