PROJECT: Logistics Service Center for Transport in the Los Bermejales Industrial Park in Niebla, Huelva

The Trans Onuba Group's Logistics Services Center for Transport is located in the Los Bermejales Industrial Park, at the entrance to the town of Niebla from the highway that connects Seville with the Portuguese border. On a 65,310 m² plot, it optimizes the company's own facilities—a truck depot with security, offices, fuel supply, workshops, and vehicle cleaning—while also allowing its use by third parties: industrial warehouses, a truck sales center (Volvo), a service station, etc

The office building is the element that best defines the complex architecturally: an elongated, two-story volume whose horizontality is softened by the treatment of the openings. The corrugated metal canopy over the car park emphasizes its representative character. The truck parking area is divided into two zones: one for the exclusive use of the company (137 spaces for cars and 208 for passenger vehicles) and one for public use (118 spaces for trucks). The main entrance is located approximately on the central axis, leading to the lobby, which, with its wide staircase, connects to the upper floor.

The wing intended for workshops is treated as an open-plan space with zenithal lighting formed by eight metal porticos covered with sawtooth-shaped trusses.

The Repsol service station is located in the southeastern corner of the plot, opposite the roundabout that provides access to the industrial park. It maintains the same design and materials as the rest of the complex.
