PROJECT: Preliminary design for an office building at Juan de Arona Street 700, lots 739/761/765/767 - San Isidro, Lima, Peru

The project is being developed on three lots located on Avenida Juan de Arona. This office building for large companies enjoys a prime location on this avenue, one of the most important in the San Isidro district.

Considering the current scarcity and high prices of land in this consolidated area, the JDA 700 building becomes a differentiated investment alternative.

In addition to having all the benefits of a Premium building, the project offers a great opportunity to gain value in the medium term because it is located in the area with the greatest development potential within the San Isidro district.

The building has six basement parking levels and eleven floors of offices; with an independent store on the first floor.

These six underground levels house 268 parking spaces, including five for people with disabilities and corresponding visitor parking. These parking levels connect to the entrance level and the office floors via the central circulation core. This core features four elevators and a staircase on the parking levels.
