PROJECT: Partial Development Plan for Sector SUS 5: Cuesta de la Barca – Las Huesas

The Partial Plan develops the detailed planning of Sector No. 5 of the Sectorized Urbanizable Land contemplated in the document of Specific Modification of the Subsidiary Regulations of the Municipality of Moguer, in the area of ​​Mazagón and called Sector SUS-5 “Cuesta de la Barca – Las Huesas”

The basic objective on which the classification of Sectorized Developable Land within the Mazagón nucleus was based is constituted by the need to fulfill the demands for residential, tourist residential and tertiary land, mainly, not possible in urban land, as well as obtaining the general or basic systems attached to this class of land.

All of this must be carried out using a territorial implementation model that respects the existing conditions and values ​​of the physical environment. The drafting of the planning for this Sector is framed and situated within this context. In parallel with the processing of the Specific Modification of the General Planning Regulations, the delimited partial development plans are being studied and submitted.
