HomeURBANPLANNING Partial Plan Avenida de Andalucía Sur I

Partial Plan Avenida de Andalucía Sur I

PROJECT: Partial Plan for Avenida de Andalucía

The Avda. de Andalucía Sur I sector has been proposed along with 19 other developable land sectors in the General Urban Development Plan of Lepe, practically doubling the surface area of the current nucleus, to build an area of opportunity on which to base the morphological recomposition of the nucleus.

The objective of this Partial Plan is to urbanize an area of 20.12 ha. surrounded by consolidated urban land, except for its eastern boundary.

The land use distribution proposed by the General Urban Development Plan (PGOU) has been respected. The characteristic residential use of the sector is located in the northeast quadrant; the commercial use in the northwest, with the lower strip reserved for green areas and facilities. The road network design has been carried out in accordance with the PGOU proposal.

The uses contemplated in this Partial Plan are the following:

  • Residential Use.
  • Tertiary Use.
  • Reserve for public facilities.
  • Reserve for public open spaces.
  • Parking.
  • Road network.
