PROJECT: SUZ I-12 Industrial Estate in Villanueva del Pardillo - Land Redistribution Project

The area is primarily zoned for industrial use, with compatible uses including service sector, commercial, and office spaces. The Partial Plan establishes five blocks grouped into three zones. The area has steep slopes and is crossed by two intermittent watercourses. The planning objectives are:

-Respect the channels.

-Minimize earthworks.

-To generate an image of a quality industrial tertiary sector.

-Establish a main access to the Industrial Park.

-Design a flexible land parcel with a good architectural result.

-Optimize the ratio of road surface area to plot area
