PROJECT: Partial Plan SUS-02

The sector creates residential land in the typology of single-family housing, intended for primary residence in the West Zone of Mazagón.

The plots, all over 500m2, are designed with sufficient parameters to accommodate a primary residence. The buildable area per dwelling is 150m2.

The layout is completed with the corresponding facilities and a commercial and leisure area in the East to provide the main nucleus of Mazagón with centrality and a hotel and residential area for tourist housing in collective buildings in the West.
