Partial Plan SUS-04 Faro 2- Cuesta de la Barca

PROJECT: Partial Plan SUS-04 Faro 2- Cuesta de la Barca

The area is divided into two sections by the road that follows the existing firebreak. Residential land, primarily for single-family homes intended as primary residences, is located north of this road, along with residential land designated for the development of subsidized housing and some amenities. To the south are the tourist apartment complexes, the planned hotel development, and the remaining amenities.

The residential area is designed with a formalized system of access and circulation, carefully controlled from the outset. Pedestrian and vehicular roads alternate, with parking areas at the ends of the cul-de-sacs.

The hotel and tourist residence are located closest to the dunes, offering the best views and access to the beaches. While protecting the dunes, they are also integrated as a key element in the overall development.
The entire area is surrounded by open spaces with sports, educational, and social facilities, among others.
