The objective of this Partial Plan is to urbanize an area of ​​3.7ha surrounded by consolidated urban land, except for its northern boundary.

The characteristic use of the sector is Residential, reserving a plot for tertiary use to the south, in the area of ​​communication with the center of the urban area.

Two public facilities plots are planned next to this plot.

In the center of the sector, the construction of a park in a south-north direction is planned.
