PROJECT: Partial Development Plan for El Rompido Este, Sector SUS-C2-Cartaya

The urban tourism development project for El Rompido East, in the SUS-C2 sector, is being considered with a unique approach. The high environmental and landscape quality of its location, along with the stringent requirements imposed by the Cartaya general plan, which aims for a high-quality urban and architectural result, have shaped the current proposal.

That response is to propose a project with the aim of being a pioneer in the design of urbanization infrastructure, housing, and the rest of the hotel building, applying to the project all available technology that is viable and convenient to achieve a tourist urban complex whose ecological footprint is minimized as much as possible.

This high concentration of technology and design aimed at achieving the environmental sustainability of the project, and at respecting and enhancing the environmental and landscape values ​​of the area of ​​action, intends to make this action in El Rompido Este a unique reference project, a pioneer among Andalusian and national urban tourism developments.
