PROJECT: Partial Plan SUS-01 Battery

The main objectives of the plan are as follows:

  • The pursuit of greater environmental integration guides the design of the new developments planned in the heart of Mazagón, aimed at its main function, tourism, and requires an additional effort in respecting and conserving the identified natural and environmental resources.
  • The improvement of the built environment through the enhancement of the capacity of general infrastructure (sanitation, water supply, roads, etc.), the implementation of new facilities, and respect for the existing natural environment.
  • The elimination of uncontrolled access through the interior of the most fragile and environmentally valuable areas, which are currently being transformed, deteriorated and mistreated, being used as uncontrolled dumps
  • >The public and integrated use of these same areas listed above (dunes, pine forests, etc.) for proper and balanced enjoyment and use, through a series of paths, nature trails, etc
