PROJECT: Revision of the Subsidiary Regulations of Moguer

The planning of the coastal territory of Moguer, around the holiday urban center of Mazagón, was carried out in two phases:

– First phase: Drafting of the Mazagón Planning Plan (POM), an internal document to facilitate agreement between the two affected municipalities in Mazagón, Palos de la Frontera and Moguer, and the Junta de Andalucía, and to establish the framework for compatibility of municipal planning with the Doñana Territorial Planning Plan.

– Second Phase: Adaptation of the document of Subsidiary Regulations of the Municipal Term of Moguer in the area of ​​Mazagón to the determinations of the POM.
