Subsidiary Regulations of Alhama de Granada

PROJECT: Revision of the Subsidiary Regulations of Alhama de Granada

The revision of the Subsidiary Regulations provides the Alhama City Council with new and more refined planning and management tools. This impetus should translate into an improvement, updating, and expansion of the commitments made to economic operators and other administrations with jurisdiction and investment capacity in the municipality, with whom the new model is being discussed as it is formalized.

The new Subsidiary Planning Regulations of Alhama de Granada are revised to meet two basic instrumental objectives:

  • Update its contents and establish new objectives for Municipal Planning, providing the Municipality with a valid and appropriate planning instrument for current local problems.
  • Complete its content with protection determinations for the Historic Site, so that it is adapted to the specific protection contents of the Law of Historical Heritage of the State and of Andalusia.
