Facilities management, or property and/or asset management, is becoming a very interesting specialization for Árgola Arquitectos, as it allows us to interact with buildings and our clients after construction is complete. This way, we optimize the use of the spaces we design, resulting in a positive return on investment for future projects.

In addition, an exclusive service is offered to clients, allowing them to understand the impact of property-related expenses, broken down by square meters, employee, or user. This new service is expected to result in savings of between 20% and 30% on property owners' accounts.

As an added value to this service, retail and interior design projects are offered to complete the property and space management offering.

Árgola Arquitectos is currently a reference account for Archibus Spain, the world's leading Facilities Management software, and has a collaboration agreement with Demo Arquitectura for all FM-related matters.
