Marina Golf

PROJECT: Residential tourist complex in the "Marina Golf" Partial Plan of El Ejido, Almería

The residential complex, located on the plot of land designated for the "Marina del Golf" Partial Plan in the bay of San Miguel, within the municipality of El Ejido, comprises six multi-family buildings of open design, with a total of 204 apartments, all with garage and storage room. The complex also includes a private recreational area.

The residential buildings are located in the south and east areas of the plot, along a north-south axis, allowing for good sunlight and enabling sea views.

The facilities area is located in the center of the plot to facilitate access from the buildings; it has direct external access on its south side from the commercial plots and the parking areas, connecting the complex to the beach. It features a main swimming pool, a children's pool, a heated pool, eight paddle tennis courts, a mini-golf course, two petanque courts, a children's playground, and a kiosk/bar with a terrace.

The complex is complemented by extensive landscaped areas and pedestrian walkways connecting the residential buildings to the recreational area. The vegetation is low-water-consumption and features selected native species.
