PROJECT: Rambla de los Álamos Partial Plan

The general criteria that have been followed in the design of the zoning can be listed as follows

  • Creation of a large urban park.
  • Determination and definition of sports equipment.
  • Configuration of two neighborhoods, one on each side of the park, each equipped with educational, social and commercial facilities.
  • To concentrate the maximum commercial and institutional activity along the "Boulevard of the Poplars" to transform what was a barrier into an axis of activity and a meeting point for the population of the margins.
  • Preliminary design of the Levante outer ring road, preventing it from becoming an insurmountable urban boundary in the future.
