Residential Partial Plan PPR-2 in Palos de la Frontera

PROJECT: Residential Partial Plan PPR-2 in Palos de la Frontera

It is based on the requirements contained in the Subsidiary Regulations for this Sector: to unite the two parts of the urban center of Palos de la Frontera and to define a new shopping center that serves the entire population of Palos de la Frontera.

The existence of a significant infrastructure package located in the center of the Sector, as well as the fact that it is partially occupied, makes it necessary to establish the maximum number of links between both areas of the Sector.
