INTRODUCTION
The Hotel is located within the Gonzalez Byass Winery, a monumental winery complex in the Jerez region that has produced the incomparable Tío Pepe since the 19th century: a brand that is a living part of our country's history.
A unique enclave in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), surrounded by vine-covered streets and Andalusian patios, the Hotel stands in the heart of the historic center, opposite the Cathedral and next to the Alcázar.
It is the result of the renovation of a group of buildings comprising four houses over 150 years old, which once housed winery workers, to create the world's first Sherry Hotel.

THE PROJECT
The renovation project respects the original courtyards of the four existing houses, and through reinterpretation, creates intimate, comfortable, and welcoming spaces.
Upon entering, one immediately perceives the unique character of the Hotel, where every detail has been carefully considered.
Modernity and tradition come together to give rise to something new, a place to relax and enjoy with all five senses.

each designed to reflect the style of the original houses. Most of the original wooden and brick ceilings have been preserved, along with the original thickness of the walls and the use of traditional materials such as stone and wood, lending a warm and inviting atmosphere.
There are four Junior Suites, one of which can be upgraded to a Presidential Suite. Each room offers its own unique charm, private terraces, patios, and views.
The hotel also features state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge equipment for guests' convenience.
A rooftop pool with a spacious sun deck, bar, restaurant, and views of the Cathedral
